Hey Carlos, I'll give you my feedback but I'm also hard to keep happy so none of the deployment options I like 100% 
We went with BI Platform because of UNX support and it's easier for us to promote content up in LCM versus a lot of red tape with transport schedules in the NetWeaver BW side.
I do still like the concept of keeping the deployment simple to just NetWeaver but it just did not fit our case. Also, deploying to NetWeaver also meant dealing with BI-Java NetWeaver portal runtime which has its own considerations and issues.
My personal wish would be we'd have an ABAP-only Design Studio deployment option with no need for BI-Java or BI Platform but I do not believe that day will ever come since a lot of DS runtime uses a lot of Java.
