Applying message 06076 for few PR types

Hi,

I need to convert message 06076 to an Error, to avoid duplication of POs for the same PR. But, when I do the change it gets applied to all PR types.

Would it be possible to convert this into an error, only for few PR types (Eg: NB) and for other PR types, for it to remain as a warning?

I couldn't find any solution in standard config. for this
