Insert/Update multiple level of subject categorization while creating a Service request .

Hi All,

I am new to SAP CRM .just got an assignment  to add the All the categories  as below

Category 1

Category 2

Category 3

Category 4

while creating the service request using CRM_Order_Maintain.
