Get Min Value

Hi Everybody,

I am building a formula to get a min date. With the formula below, i do not get the correct result:

[v Min date] =Min([Time]  ) ForAll ([Id];[Count])

Here is the screenshot of the report I am working on:

the expected [v Min date] is "11/19/2015" but it's not.

Please help me.
